Third Friday of Every Month · Johns Island, SC

Bring a dish.
Stay for the circle.

Once a month we push the tables together, sit down to a meal everybody helped make, and remember what a neighborhood feels like. Before the food there's group meditation. After it, there's usually nobody in a hurry to leave. Come hungry. Come as you are.

Potluck & Meditation Circle

Two hours and a half.
Nothing you have to prepare for.

1

We settle in

Two rounds of group meditation, or conscious and lucid dreaming meditation, led by Pavan. The shared energy of the group carries us from self, to soul, to the collective soul. No experience needed. If you've never meditated in your life, this is a fine place to start.

2

We talk

There's a break in the middle and time to share at the end. Say something or say nothing. Some people come every month and mostly listen, and that counts as showing up.

3

We eat

The potluck closes the night. Everyone brings something, so nobody has to cook for a crowd. This is the part people tell us they keep coming back for.

Everything you need to know.
