An invitation to Charleston practitioners who share our vision of making integrative and holistic care accessible to people facing financial hardship.
Dear Practitioner,
We hope this letter finds you well.
We're reaching out on behalf of Be Well Circle, a Charleston-based nonprofit dedicated to increasing access to holistic and alternative wellness services for underserved and marginalized members of our community.
Our mission is twofold: to educate individuals about holistic healing resources, and to help remove the financial barriers that prevent people from getting the care they need. Many people would benefit from alternative and integrative wellness services but can't pursue treatment because of cost.
As we continue building our organization, we're seeking practitioners who share our vision and may be interested in partnering with us in the future.
At this time, Be Well Circle is still in the fundraising and development phase and doesn't yet have funding available to support client care. What we're building now is a network of trusted practitioners we can contact as funding becomes available.
We're looking for practitioners who may be willing to:
Our goal is a shared investment in each client's healing. Clients receiving assistance are expected to contribute toward the cost of their care at a level that's manageable for them, and both applicants and practitioners complete an application process to determine eligibility and commitment to treatment.
To help us evaluate our programs and show impact to donors and grant providers, participating clients and practitioners are also asked to complete brief follow-up surveys at set intervals after a treatment plan is complete. These help us understand outcomes, gather success stories, and keep improving our support programs.
We recognize the generosity and dedication it takes to serve people with limited financial resources, and we deeply value the work practitioners like you already do in our community. By partnering together, we hope to build a sustainable model that expands access to holistic healthcare while honoring the time, expertise, and livelihood of practitioners.
